Sam was excellent from first contact
Sam was excellent from first contact. He clearly went the extra mile to arrange a policy which exactly suited our needs at a competitive cost.

A first class service at a reasonable rate delivered with a smile
Prompt, friendly and straightforward service.
Instant understanding of our requirements combined with a thorough uncomplicated assessment of the detail resulted in our having our building cover in place for the Christmas holidays which had seemed impossible and/ or shockingly expensive with other brokers. And all with a friendly can do manner which contrasted agreeably witn these others.

Very happy
I am very happy with the way this broker has dealt with our new house insurance request. Communication has been excellent, thank you Sam Toft. All questions have been answered promptly and helpfully. We have been able to talk to Sam directly whenever the need arose. Last but not least, Lansdown renewal quote was very competitive. I am hoping to stay with this broker for as long as I'll be living here :-)
