Lang and Stone were recommended by a friend and they were great. Swift to respond to emails and the thorough report was provided two days after the inspection. Very pleased with our experience and I would recommend them to others.

Friendly, professional, efficient
Really impressed by the service received from Lang & Stone. I enquired about a level 2 homebuyers survey for my first home and Tom responded very promptly with a quote. The survey was arranged with the agent very quickly and the report we received was so thorough. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend!

We had a survey completed on a grade ll listed house. Tom was extremely helpful throughout. The report was thorough and extremely well put together. Nothing was too much trouble with follow up conversations and photographs sent out to us .
I would definitely recommend Lang & Stone .

Quick, Clear, Effective
While buying a property in Bath, we commissioned a Level 3 Survey from Lang & Stone. Tom Lang was able to book us in, perform the survey, and deliver the report in two weeks. The findings were detailed, clear, and impartial. I would definitely use them again.

Tom’s response towards the enquiries is fast and detail-minded. The entire process is lightning fast. The inspection was booked between the surveyor and the property agent and it was undertaken just after a week since the very beginning of the enquiry of the service. The report was sent just 4 days after the inspection. I requested a level 2 buyer report, which is comprehensive and the contents size are sufficient enough to make me recognise the overall condition of the property and effectively helps me to make a wise decision toward the purchase of the property. Many thanks to Tom and the team, and I will definitely recommend their service to my family and friends in the future without any hesitation!

Fast, efficient and lovely guy!
My experience with Tom was great. He was available to complete the report very quickly (in order to make use of the stamp duty holiday) and did a thorough job.
He was great with follow-up questions and all in all, the report was very clear to understand as a first-time buyer and I would definitely recommend him to others.
