Can't believe I have allowed myself be Scammed by this so called outfit landregistrysearches.com, I wanted Official Title Register and Title Plan, completed the Form.
Made my Payment £48 inclusive of VAT by Visa to Receive Documents via Email within their stated time of 10 minutes, soon as the transaction was completed screen on my PC went blank thinking as if there was an error with the system, tracked back on the completion form that just showed a blank page for filling in details again, well and truly smelt a rat, so looked into my visa account that showed £48 is being processed and waiting for completion of transaction which can take 48hrs or more.
getting in touch with visa making a complaint was frustrating and there's a time scale before visa can take action before one can get reimbursed, so up to now I haven't had no conformation of payment and or official documents from this Miscellaneous outfit from Darwen? although sending them email by their website on and through my personal email.
So beware they are all clever making themselves look genuine and they don't like payments made by PayPal.

I mistakenly thought I was dealing with the Land Registry.
I ordered a copy of official Title Register paid £23.94 received a receipt straight away and that is the last I have heard.
I have emailed a few times with no response. There is no phone number to contact.
I have now read reviews on Trustpilot and believe I have been scammed….

Would give minus stars if I could. Paid for a straight forward search. Never received it. Sent email and again no response. Seem like scammers.

Scammers, they take payment, they send receipt - you'll hear nothing more. You'll chase, then have to make a dispute with them for not receipt of the service you didn't receive. They obviously happy to pick up the cash for anyone who is unable, or can't be bothered, to dispute them taking your money for no service. Should be closed down and prosecuted.

Scam, you pay your money and get nothing. Once you receive the automatic receipt you will never hear from them again.

Actually I would give them less than One Star. On 20th February I made a Land Registry search (mistakenly thinking that this was a Government site of The Land Registry) and paid £23.95. I was offered another search at a lower rate of £19.95, so I made an additional search. The result of the first search came back quite promptly, but the information was completely out of date and of no use. I have not had any reply from the second search and no response to E-mails. After submitting this review, I received an almost immediate refund form landregistrysearches of £19.95, after almost 2 months. No apology, no explanation, no Land Registry search as requested.

They charge highly inflated prices for documents that never arrive. Please be aware that the official site for government documents is gov.uk I'm ashamed to admit I was caught in what appears to be a scam—don't make the same mistake!

Made an online payment and received a confirmation email but not the document requested.
Discovered the feedback on Trust pilot so contacted the bank's fraud line. The bank could not do anything as it was still a pending transaction but put a temporary hold on my debit card. They have now confirmed that my card has been compromised but no other losses.

This company is a scam.

It takes your money, doesn't provide the goods, and then ignores emails. I am trying to get a refund from my bank via Chargeback, but am not optimistic.

Back in the old days, this would be called a scam.

What has changed?

SCAM - lied to me on the phone advised they were part of a legal team and could help on the legal side with Adverse of Possession due to a fence put up in the back of the garden and would act on my behalf for £600
All they did was form filling for 10 mins with name address and basic details and took £600.00. I asked for my refund as they did not make this clear to me. Several phone calls and emails were made, and finally only managed to get £200 refund back out of the £600 and they did nothing and I got robbed blind. DO NOT USE THEM.. I’m surprised they are not shut down! Trading as robbers!

Never received anything from this outfit, after five emails I asked for my money back.
Still nothing.
I then informed my Bank, two weeks later I received a refund from my Bank.

Same as all the others, paid money and never received anything. Wish I'd read these reviews first!

I placed an order for what I considered a fairly straightforward request. Landregistrysearches asked for more information which I promptly provided, yet they were unable to provide what I needed. I followed up, asked for a refund, and was promptly given one. My experience wasn't great, but frankly wasn't bad either as they simply couldn't assist yet I got my money back promptly without more than a single refund request.

Unfortunately I placed an order before saw the reviews. I did actually receive what I ordered, it just took 45 mins instead of the 10 mins advertised. Plus it cost £18 instead of the £7 that gov.uk charge for the same thing. Annoying

Purchased online a title plan which they stated would identify ownership of boundary fences; plan was received however it did not do what was quoted! Either misrepresentation or poor service? Requested a refund (£17.95) and was informed it would take 10 days! Raised the matter with my bank who are to suspend the transaction. Would not recommend this organisation!

Ordered and paid £17.95 on 9 Nov 24... nothing appeared to fulfil the promise/advertisement/website claim... apart from a receipt and an order number.
Really angry that I fell for this
Several follow up emails later, I've finally received an email telling me I'm being refunded. I'll believe it when I see it.
