I have ordered from Landmark Trading over several years. Each and every time the service has been prompt, professional and efficient. Competitive pricing and exchanges / returns have been easy and straight forward. Highly recommend Landmark Trading should you be looking to purchase Arboricultural or Forestry kit.

The item was delivered on a day when…
The item was delivered on a day when I’d requested the delivery day to change. It was delivered to a ‘safe place’ but I was given no details of where this was. There is no location at my house that can be considered as such. Neighbours have no idea either. Still not found it and needed it for a specific job.

We weren't aware of this situation prior to receipt of your review, however, one of my colleagues was in touch immediately to resolve this for you and the parcel has now been located and should be in your possession very soon. We use DPD for most of our shipments and they are generally very reliable, but in the event of any problem we do encourage customers to contact us promptly and we will always do our best to provide a timely resolution.
