The Cutter Leather Ultimate Utility Reinforced CW800 Glove
Very impressed with these leather gloves, they are a good fit for my hand (size 9), reinforcements are strategically placed on the fingers and palm, and the cuffs are good. I have only used them for fairly light work so far so they are barely worn in, but great to hit the ground running without having to beat the glove into submission first! The bright yellow is great for locating the gloves if taken off for a while.

Competitive price.
LT sell my favourite chainsaw PPE boots (Meindl Woodwalkers) at a very competitive price. Even with the expensive courier charge of £22 to Scotland they are still cheaper than I can get delivered from anyone else.
They dispatched quickly and kept me informed. Delivery happened a day earlier than expected.

The items were two small rubber feet…
The items were two small rubber feet for a tri pod pole to send to my friend in Germany as he can’t get them or get them posted from here.
Ordered and arrived rapidly.
The only issue was the price of postage nearly £8 for two very small light items. Cost less to then send them to Germany….

items showing in stock on website and orderable but not.....
Ordered an item that was showing as being in stock on the website. Order went through and payment was taken and then a few days later I finally received an email explaining that the item wasn't in stock, wasn't going to be restocked and that I'd be getting a refund.
Why list things as available when you don't have them and can't get them, and why did it take so long to let me know the item that I needed was never going to arrive?
Unfortunately this seems to be happening more and more with online sales in general.

Prompt communication and delivery.
I needed some difficult to source boots urgently and after shooting off an enquiry got a prompt reply of availability and cost of next day Saturday delivery and cut off time for the order.
My boots arrived early the following day and were exactly as expected.
Will definitely keep in mind for when I need the next replacements.

Price for these has sky-rocketed!
Price for these has sky-rocketed!! A few years ago I was paying less than £250 for 1000, now with the VAT its £570!! How is this justified?

Unfortunately, our costs for these have soared over recent years, partly due to increase in raw material costs and partly due to the significantly increased customs and freight costs from this manufacturer, both of which are outside our control.
