Hypnose mascara is actually fantastic! My favourite mascara and I never thought I’d find a favourite!
Appalling service. I ordered a mascara for my mum's birthday, chased it up after 3 weeks as it hadn't arrived. It took 35 mins to answer the phone, then I was put on hold for 10 mins and cut off. Emailed and was told it had been sent. It hadn't. Emailed after another week and didn't ever receive a reply. So disappointed!
Awful customer service! Made an order on 4th November 2021, it hasn't arrived, I've been calling and emailing them for several weeks now, each time i am promised a call back or email by the relevant person! I am yet to receive this communication from them! It's now 15th December 2021.
I would give zero if I could! My serum arrived broken and all out! I have sent an email more than two weeks already and no reply. The lady picking up phone - no words!!! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! My case is still not solved! So very disappointing
I would give it zero star if I could! Ordered a gift set a month ago and hasn't received either the order or a refund - tried emails and call and literally no one cared about what happened to the order except saying really busy times, your enquiry is in the queue etc. I was so shocked at the attitude of customer service and the lack of care of an order that the courier has never received for delivery (yet Lancome kept on giving me the tracking number). No acknowledge of email sent either so as a customer who never receives the order it's as if we have to beg for their precious attention. My absolutely worst shopping experience on every level but especially the atrocious lack of care of their so called customer service. Once I get my refund (if ever!) I'll never shop with them again and have my account with them deleted. Avoid at all cost.
Ordered an eyeliner which came with a free gift and samples. I received the gift and samples but not the actual eyeliner. I emailed them and they replied apologising for running out of gifts. I emailed saying I did receive the gift, but not the eyeliner and they said they would escalate it to another department. The other department finally emailed and said the eyeliner was out of stock when I order it and I’d get an automatic refund. This was two weeks later already and I’d not received any emails saying it was out of stock or anything confirming a refund. I emailed again and they said they were still looking in to it and they’ve ignored me ever since. Luckily I used PayPal so I made a claim( which they also ignored ) and I got my money back. Alway loved their products but I usually bought them at the counters but never again.
Rubbish service and wish I had looked on here before buying from this company. They took my money no order confirmation no despatch confirmation. Took ages to get a response to email which was only a standard email saying delivery 3-5 days for delivery this was after ten working days Then an email days later saying a tracking number and that they had tryed to deliver and it was being returned and would be refunded after another 14-21 days from it getting back. The tracking number didn’t work no attempts of delivery was made as someone in all the time so it feels lear thee was no order despatched. I feel robbed by a bunch of liars. Then they have the nerve to expect me to wait all that time for a refund. All I wanted was to treat myself after a very rough year.
I bought a Lancome mascara, but after a couple of weeks use, it broke and I could no longer us it. I was very disappointed and contacted their customer services. I received a reply from Entzi, who promised to come back to me with a replacement. Despite sending 3 further emails – I never heard from her again! Nor did I receive a replacement. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Their products are expensive and this was a manufacturing fault which they need to take responsibility for.
I was worried that my order (advent calendar for my mother-in-law) wouldn’t arrive on time after reading some of the negative reviews here. So glad I took the risk! Not only was the parcel delivered on time, she said it was packaged well and they added in two free samples of Lancome products. It’s such a lovely advent calendar with a unique design!
I would have given NO star if it was an option. Ordered on 10 Nov, and never arrived. Chased several times both by emails and calls (long waiting and got cut off in the middle of conversation but they didn't bother to call you back!). What a joke, your customer services is the worst to none.
Not surprised to see this list of super-negative comments. Ordered November 22. Immediately got a message to say my Galatee Confort was on its way: zero. Phone line endless wating and the 'customer service form ' won't come up on the website. What are they playing at?Impossible to get in touch with them.
Ordered on 13/11/21, delivery states 3-5 working days, over 2 weeks later nothing. Sent two emails - no response. Rang twice today, cut off after 41 minutes first time, second time answered after 45 minutes. Not professional at all, no greeting, I had to actually ask if it was Lancome! Put on hold again and told they would investigate? This is despite DPD tracking reference showing they are still awaiting parcel from Lancome. Shocking customer service and really worrying to see more poor reviews on this company. Please don’t waste your money, will never buy again.
Terrible service, I placed an order which I never received I didn't even get an order number. They now want me to wait 14 days for a refund? But trying to speak to someone is a Joke. They do not reply and I have left my number for someone to contact me but no joy there either. Shocked by the service of a premium brand
Terrible customer service ordered 17 days ago, I have rung and its out of stock, now i cannot get a refund they just keep telling me to wait, I have waited now for 4 days, getting nowhere
I found Lancome mascaras best ever. Use them daily i swim daily and no smudges at all. Wonderful quality product 👌
No refund provided for a returned item for over a month! Absolute disgrace!
Although it states on the web-site that the returns are free, they are not! Once you receive the order there would be a note in the package that you have to pay the postage.
And the prices are much cheaper in John Lewis!
I purchased Tresor Midnight Rose L'eau de parfum online. It arrived within the stated time via royal mail. It was in the most beautiful packaging {i hope it was from recycled paper}
I will definitely be using them again.
Horrendous customer service, made even worse by the fact that it is my elderly parents who are left out of pocket!
Lancome claim delivery was attempted by DPD, however the photo provided was not of my parents' house/door.
No offer to send a replacement and a refund will only be processed when DPD send the parcel back... As if that's in my parents' control. Leaving anyone out of pocket is bad enough, but when they're 75 it's tantamount to stealing!!
Order placed a month ago. No item received. No dispatch confirmation and still have a charge pending, terrible, buy their products from another retailer not direct
