Making the order and the shipping…
Making the order and the shipping experience was very good. The shipping was very fast but there was a mistake with the delivery address from DPD and I ended up picking up the parcel myself. The lamp is lovely, very good quality and very good price.

I loved my lamp, it was good strong quality, but because it was not packaged correctly, the base damaged the arm. I have e-mailed 3 times, to no avail, I find his very unprofesional and down right rude.

I had to mark down to 3 as it arrived…
I had to mark down to 3 as it arrived with a 2pin plug and I was unable to use until I went out and bought an adapter- it was being shipped to a location where the standard is 3 Pin. I would not have minded about the 2 pin if I had had advance warning
