Salmon packages delivered the next morning professionally wrapped with ice and wool. The salmon itself (we picked 3 varieties) was absolutely excellent!

We took a side of Lambton and Jackson's Maldon Cured, which has to be the finest smoked salmon available to mankind. A huge half for Easter, completely obliterated before Easter. Delicious. Delivery impeccable. Such great value for a premier product.

Great flavour. Not so great presentation.
The smoked salmon has a superb flavour. I'm very impressed by the Maldon Cure. Unfortunately, you've lost a star by squashing 400g into a condensed lump with too many layers that tend to shred when teased out into individual slices. A larger, long-sliced pack for 400g would be more user friendly.
