From start to finish, our experience of buying our first home with Lambert & Foster has been excellent. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, kind, and professional. A special thank you to Zoe Moore for taking the time to explain house-buying concepts and providing valuable insights, making the process much easier for us as first-time buyers.

Lambert & Foster were excellent in the sale of our house. They - principally Zoe - were friendly, helpful, polite, very prompt at responding, fully aware of the situation, proactive, and, perhaps most importantly, seemed to genuinely put our interests first. There was never any attempts to encourage us to move before we were ready, or to break the chain to finalise the sale. Zoe went above and beyond in terms of corralling a relatively long chain to ensure that we could move in good time. Zoe (and Max in her absence) provided, by a very considerable margin, the best service of any estate agent we have dealt with, either as clients or buyers. We would recommend them unreservedly.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Zoe and Max from Lambert & Foster. I really appreciated the constant communication, updates, and also going above and beyond to help me with challenges. I was also blown away by how empathetic they were, and I really felt taken care of and my best interests looked after with them. During a very stressful time in anyone’s life buying a home, their care really helped me get through the process all the way to the end. Very professional service from Max and the team at Lambert & Foster in paddock wood selling my deceased mothers property.
Everything was dealt with in a timely manner and nothing was too much trouble with the team going out of their way to help with with some items outside their normal duties

We were kept fully informed of all viewings and their outcomes up until an acceptable offer was made with all applicants being fully checked out.

With the property being in horsmonden and us living in our motorhome in Wales everything had to be done by text and email which was no problem and worked very well.

We needed a solicitor who could work the same way and we were recommended Hannah at Burtons solicitors in pembury who was also great and everything was done online via their app.

All in all a set of unusual circumstances could have caused problems but turned into a very easy experience.

If you want a professional estate agent with years of experience behind them then you can't go wrong with Lambert & Foster.

Sally-Anne was so helpful from the moment we walked through the door! She kept us and our buyer informed all the way through the process of selling our house. She was always willing to help and advise. We would definitely recommend Lambert & Foster.
