The whole team at Lamb & Co were spot on during the process of our sale, from valuation to completion. All the team were super helpful, Hayley who dealt with the final process was great, she kept us informed of the progress on a regular basis so we knew what was going on, we had a little blip but Hayley sorted with no problems. This estate agent are fabulous they went above and beyond for our family i cant recommended enough i wouldnt of wanted to use anyone else, we brought the property off lamb and co 5 years ago Jorden made such a amazing impression on my family there was no where else we would of gone to, the ladies Rachel Hayley and Kayleigh have been marvellous and totally gave us support all the way though the process

I dealt with Lamb & Co as a buyer of a property and was very impressed by the professionalism with which they dealt with us. Hayley Jones who was our point of call was very helpful, courteous and patient at all times. There were some glitches along the way which were beyond our control but thanks to Hayley’s professionalism we were able to see it through. Lee @ Lamb and Co has been fantastic! My uncle has been a tenant for 15 years with Lamb and it’s predecessors and we have always been looked after with so much care. Nothing is too much trouble. Lee is so personable and trustworthy I find it easy to recommend them as a great letting agent you can trust to give you excellent bespoke service.

We were very happy with the sales team at Lamb & Co. Tony and Charlie in particular were both very helpful and made the whole process a lot easier. Two points: 1) It would be great if they could start a phone call with "Everything is going fine, just wanted to....." as this would have prevented me having a panic each time they called, worrying something had happened! 2) The Conveyancing team made us feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience when we called to ask how our sale was progressing. It would have been nice if they kept us more in the loop.
