In what has been challenging times to sell property Lamb & Co have been exceptional - plenty of viewings all managed by the sales team. Even when the first buyer of the property fell though a new buyer was found within days which resulted in a sale managed by Hayley Jones being completed in only 6 weeks! Highly recommended many thanks

I was lucky as Lamb and Co found a buyer for my property within a week.
I was less lucky with the length of time the sale took to complete due to it being a leasehold property, however, Hayley was generally very good in keeping me updated and always responded to my queries quickly. She was always cheerful and pleasant abs very easy to deal with.

Lamb and Co have been professional, helpful and friendly during our dealings with them. Caitlin in particular was very good at communicating with us.

Just sold my dad's house in Clacton. We were very happy with the service Lamb & Co provided. The house wasn't on the market a week when someone placed an offer. Since then they were very good keeping us informed on the progress all the way. Dad is now living with us just in time for Christmas.
