This company was very dishonest and advertised a sale that wasn't true. I ordered one necklace with a cross and a crown. The sale was buy one and get 2 free. That never happened. Ive emailed LAINLY twice and i was told its in the mail. Its been over a month now. Also , the necklace was way to short. Its made to fit a child. Im very disappointed and very dissatisfied with this company. No wonder there's no number to call and speak to customer service 🙄

I never received my items and after eight emails back-and-forth, have still not received any resolution. Clearly this company is not legit, or at the very least inept. I would not recommend that anyone purchase any items through this company.

This company lies saying they are in US when the shipment is coming out of China. Quality is very bad, neckless was broken after couple hours of use, and it was already tarnishing. After reaching out to them, all they offer was a 35% refund when they should clearly give me 100% when the issue is the quality of their products, so I had to submit a cash back claim to my bank. SO BE CAREFUL!!

I should have read the trustpilot reviews prior to ordering 3 necklaces with the cross and crown. Looked at tracking for the past 2 weeks and realized the package was shipped from overseas. Finally received them yesterday and the quality is cheap like really cheap metal. Wore for one day and cross fell off necklace and quite literally coating peeled off of the chain. I’m so sad! $40 down the drain!

Never sent item been ordered over a month. Now they say it was delivered. But was not! This is not a small family business just a scam web site ordered nov.28 2025

Poor quality. I ordered 3 cross and crown necklaces to give as Christmas gifts and the chains broke within days of wearing them. I have asked the company for a refund but haven't heard back yet. Do not waste your money on this jewellery.

I wouldn’t even give this company a rating but in order to move on I had to hit 1 star.

I was told that the Christmas gifts I had ordered would be in on time for Christmas, it of course wasn’t and no matter how many times I contacted them, they dismissed me with false reassurance.

I have since tried to track my order and it says it has been delivered but of course it was not and I have made several attempts to contact them through email, social media their website and I am now met with silence.

DO NOT ORDER from this company anyone who could use God as a selling feature to scam people does not deserve and benefits!

I purchased this on December 19. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my best friend. I never got any messages after or any updates on where my package was. I use my tracking number and searched it through Lainly website and it said it was delivered on December 30 today is January 7 and I still have yet to see the package and it said it was delivered at my mailbox. I checked with the office at my apartment complex and they said that they have never seen any package come through with my name on. It tried contacting lainly to see if I could get a refund or if they know where my package is at for the past two weeks and I have never heard a response back from anyone these people are just scams. Don’t trust them. No matter how many times that they say that their item is better than everyone else’s and that other people are being scams when in reality, they’re the one that want to scam people. I have already went ahead and reported the website as a scam so hopefully the website gets taken down soon.

I finally received my product after 4 weeks. My only concern is that it came from China when it was supposedly made in the US. Changed my review from 1 to a 4 because I actually got my package.

Ordered 4 cross and crown necklaces. I wore 1 for less than a week and it’s tarnished ! Now I don’t want to give these as gifts since they are such bad quality! So much for the tarnish free Guarantee!!! But of course they don’t offer refunds so they get to keep your money after you discover that they lie ! SCAMMERS !

They are scammers, please avoid. NEver got my items and they never respond to emails! I found another jewlery brand that sells the same jewelry and had a better experience with them.

I ordered when it was buy one get 3 free. I’m very disappointed with what I received.
. I found the exact same necklace on Temu for $7. They definitely are not real silver or gold. They are tacky.

I ordered 8 necklaces with the Cross and crown because I really believed that they were Sterling Silver with 14k plated but all of my pieces are stamped S Steel meaning Stainless Steel which is not the same as Sterling Silver. These were Christmas Gifts

Stainless steel is not sterling silver!!! These necklaces are suppose to be sterling silver but they are stainless steel….a big thumbs down.

Update 1/5/2026 - I contacted Lainly in regards to my necklaces and they told me:
“After reviewing your order with our team, we can confirm that the items shipped are correct and match the specifications of your purchase.”

The necklaces have a little tag on them and the tags say “SSTEEL” not “925”, “.925”, or “Sterling” which would indicate that the necklaces were sterling silver.

Overall what I bought is very pretty. I got the cross and crown buy one get 2 free. I was promised it would arrive well before Christmas. It’s the 29th and I just received them. My sisters live 6 hours from me so I’ll have to mail them rather than give them when I visited for Christmas.

Came very late. Was told there are NO returns. But would give a 20% discount. Don't order from this company!!

This company is a scam, they lead you to believe it’s manufactured by a small family business. It’s from China…. I ordered one for a Christmas gift and never received it…. Beware of this company!!

Warning ⚠️ They neglect to tell you anywhere on their website they are in China. It took over two weeks for these to arrive. I wanted them for a dinner party I had for my mom’s 78th bday and I was going to give them to her close friends. The necklaces just now arrived. I won’t even open it because they say if you open it, NO REFUND. Guess what else? All three necklaces came in this tiny white bubble package smaller than my hand…so no gift boxes were in there. I’d have been embarrassed to give these as gifts with any boxes. So right now after I do a request to return, they’re playing games with me and asking, “May I so kindly ask why you want to return? I told you in the multiple prior emails why! Be transparent because I’d never have ordered if I knew this company was in Asia. Stop giving customers a hard time with refunds. I’ll update this after I am refunded. I better get every cent back.

Items arrived in 2 weeks. I think the cross with crown are beautiful, they shine and look very nice. Good value as well.
