My first order came missing an item (worm castings). Then my second order came, also missing an item (Cal-Mag Plus). There was no indication of back-ordered items, no paperwork with the arriving items.... so we were left with every indication that we were shorted items..... I called, but there is only a voice message, saying you should go to the website and use the chat feature. I tried three different times, but the chat messages are not answered right away. I waited about three hours each time to get a response. As soon as you bump any other button or click away, you have to start all over...... waiting, to finally be "first in line" again...... then finally getting a new tech support person altogether, again, then being asked to repeat all the same details of the order and of my personal info and of the problem (three different times, to three different tech support persons)...... you know my time is valuable too.... I work full time..... how do you think I had the money to spend at your online store? It's been about a week and a half now...... support exchanged emails with me on Friday, and promises were made that the support agent would check into why my orders were BOTH sent incomplete, but I am home from work now..... it is 8:41 PM, nobody has bothered to email me to give me any other info on my missing (defrauded?) items. I would suggest passing over this company. It's looking like I might have to file reports with my bank, and maybe even with the police, in order to get the items that I paid for and not totally just get ripped off. :( Not how I want to spend my evening.

Package has not been received yet even though it was supposed to be here on saturday the 4th.
Now it says Tuesday the 7th plus 2 more packages were added that comes on the 8th as well. Why not have them all arrive on the same day? Plus the descriptions for your products needs to be done ASAP. No reason why you have packaged together a product that doesnt explain the amount/length of each item placed in the product. So now I have to wait and see what I get so I can go to the part store to finish this when instead those descriptions on your products could have saved me a trip and time, plus gotten you an extra $30 or $40 to this sale or even more because so many products on your site do not have a proper description to them. Imagine the other amount of money lost on your other sales as well because of this? So, I just pieced together what I could for what I was wanting to do. You offer a lot of great stuff and at decent prices. You're not beating anyone at prices but you have just about everything that someone in this hobby wants to where it makes it more convenient to shop on your site than piecemealing it from different sites

I needed a nutrient for my grow, so I searched for the quickest, cheapest, & easiest! A week into my purchase I didn’t receive and tracking number nor did I receive an email giving me a eta of the nutrient I had already paid for. I sent an email and NATHAN from La Garden Supply responded and couldn’t help me in any way, and didn’t seem to care about my order at all soo thinkk before you try to order u might not receive anything. I am currently asking for a refund and have to go elsewhere while my plants are starving haha have a good day though !

I ordered 16 pots in 2 different sizes 6 of them were 3 gallon or supposed to be 3 gallons anyways. When I receive they were more like 1to 1.5 gallon pots and they even say 3 gallon on the bottom of them but they are far from 3 gallon pots. The other 10 pots were square pots and when I receive them most of them were cracked and broken.i won't be ordering from them again and I suggest you don't order from them either

We cleaned up a 20 acre site with 10,000 tires and several hundred abandoned cars. We were getting ready to plant and found out we had 90% clay for the planting medium. Now we have switch to raised bed and planter model. Our costs have increased dramatically. We were optimistically looking at expense of about $2 per 25 gal bed. This store offers 25 gal planter at just over $6 if order in bulk. After receiving a sample order, it looks like a great product, but just a little out of our budget needing a 1,000 plus containers.
