Brilliant customer service
We ordered online which was straightforward. We had an issue with delivery (problem with the post, not the company's fault) but Emma was brilliant at sorting it out. She arranged for replacement prints and I had them by that afternoon! Incredible customer service, can't thank Emma enough for helping us out.

Initially, my order (to singapore from the uk) was damaged and an order was missing. The customer service was incredibly quick to reply and sent over a new batch quickly. They arrived yesterday in perfect condition with nice quality photos. I want to thank them for their quick service and I’m very thankful they sent out a new copy despite the the damage probably coming from the courier.
