Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! We decided to use a travel agent for our yearly holiday abroad, We wasn't disappointed! Katie at Ladybird travel was brilliant and catered to our needs as a family of x2 adults and x3 children, two of them under 5 years.. completely hassle free and very professional, we even received a cheaper price than we could find online by over £300 savings! The Ladybird travel tags was a great little touch and made collecting our luggage a lot more visible even when not wearing my glasses! Highly recommend. We will book with Ladybird again. Thankyou

Holiday to Weynouth

The staff are very helpful and efficient. Everything for the holiday went smoothly . Thankyou Ladybird for everything. Will see you again to book are next holiday.
