They lure you to buy their service at £49 and later tell you they can't finish the website in the time frame . Now requesting you to sign a contract of over £200 monthly . Once you say no . They abandon your project . It's horrible and he start lying about his partners not wanting to continue the business and I remember asking if he was the sole owner . Once he can't get you to agree to new terms, then the project stops and you will be back to square one .Do not use them . False lies and pretence to swindle clients .

One of the main difficulties during the project was the communication style. Our team always tries to remain respectful and professional when working with clients. However, there were several occasions where our staff received messages containing rude and inappropriate language. Although apologies were sometimes made afterwards, similar situations occurred again later. This goes against our company policy of maintaining a respectful working environment for our team.
In terms of the project itself, our team completed the work that was included in the agreed website package. During the process, however, we received many repeated change requests, often without clear instructions and structured documentation.
Our team members are professionals who work hard to deliver quality service, and we believe every project should be handled with mutual respect, clear communication, and proper organisation from both sides.
We are sorry that this collaboration did not work out as expected, but we remain committed to providing honest, transparent, and professional services to all our clients.
