The height of tower I ordered was supposed to be stable without stabilisers. They were absolutely not. I got some stabilisers but 2 of the bolts wore away and would not tighten. I phoned the company and they said they would phone back. They didn’t! I rang again and was told they didn’t have any and should look for some online! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Caveat emptor!
I have bought from them a number of times - polite, professional, efficient, quick and products exactly as described. Would recommend.
We placed an order with Lansford Access Ltd/Ladders999, only to discover that the products were incompatible with our existing equipment. When I contacted their sales team, I was assured over the phone by a representative that a return would be accepted, provided we covered the restocking fee. Based on this verbal agreement, we proceeded with the expectation that the return process would follow.
However, after following up in writing as requested, the company reversed their position, citing a refusal from management to honour the return—despite what had been discussed and agreed. This lack of accountability and failure to stand by their word is deeply disappointing.
We were hoping to build a lasting working relationship with Lansford Access Ltd and continue sourcing equipment through them, but this experience has left us with little confidence in their customer service or reliability.
Unfortunately, due to how this has been handled, we won’t be returning as a customer.
