I had such a powerful experience in my coaching session with Lauren. I left feeling more accountable, self-aware, and genuinely motivated to reflect on myself in a deeper way. Throughout the session, I realised that I hadn’t been completely truthful with myself and that there were certain things I had been avoiding dealing with.

Lauren helped shine a light on the areas I need to work on, and that clarity has completely shifted my perspective. I now understand that it’s not a “me” problem, it’s simply a change in circumstances that requires growth and adjustment. That realisation alone has been incredibly freeing.

I recently had a coaching session with Lauren, and it was genuinely such a helpful experience. The session focused on some upcoming events in my life and how I can better manage my schedule while still prioritising my wellbeing, self-care, and the tasks I need to stay on top of.

Lauren guided me to reflect on what’s already working well for me and helped me see how I can carry those same techniques forward into future situations. What I really appreciated was that she didn’t tell me what to do, instead, she asked thoughtful questions and made insightful points that gently steered me in the right direction. It helped me realise that I already have strong tools in place; I just need to continue and expand them.

I left the session feeling more confident and clear than when I joined. I’m really grateful for the support and would absolutely love to have more sessions with Lauren in the future. Highly recommend!
