Customer Service is TOP NOTCH.

I used the chat function of the website to ask questions in real time. Once my questions were answered, I put in an order. The delivery was faster than expected and correct. When I had follow up questions, email responses were timely. The customer service is top notch (Thank You Oscar) and I will continue to recommend this company!

Sales Service

I do not recommend this company

The parcel was damaged, the filter for which I paid came crushed and the plastic casing was broken, I paid 215 dollars for the parcel, so I believe that such a parcel should be prepared for air transport, and it was sent in a normal A4 envelope. I sent complaints to the company, but no reaction, no response, I was left alone with this problem.
And the device generates a loss of $ 50 a day.
With all confidence, I do not recommend this company

First class company, Parts I ordered were shipped quickly and exactly as described. Technical support after the sale also excellent, Will be getting all our Lab Gas Generator supplies from labgasparts.com

Love them!

Lab Gas Parts is great. I was dealing with an issue for about a month, I called their staff for assistance as a shot in the dark for help, and in two phone calls Mark was more helpful and solved most of my problems when two other companies over the course 4 weeks could not. They are so knowledgable and helpful. They are getting all of our business from now on!
