I would like to have the soups more customized to my individual taste. For instance, I hate peas and I’m food sensitive to peppers. It would make the process more enjoyable.

L-Nutra is invested and intentional
Working with Katelyn has been great. 3 months in doing FMD with L-Nutra and the simplicity of each 5 day fast is easy to follow. Looking forward to seeing improvement in my blood markers in month 6.

Katelyn was very helpful and answered all my questions. I only had one problem and it was with the inulin. Not good for me. It made me very gasse. I don't remember Prolon doing that. The soups good but favorite was tomatoes and the squash without the grains.

Mediocre Experience
The program is not what it's cracked up to be. They sell you on engaged physician oversight, but that is not at all what I have received, and the physician did nothing but try and convince me to not eat meat and send me many things to read. The appointments were rushed. The nutritionist appointments were very basic with no true structure to them. Overall very disappointed in the low value for what I paid.

Monthly Fasting Feels Great
I enjoy the nutritionist support and being able to count on a 5 day fast monthly, I feel great after the fast due to the discipline it requires, the hopes I was in autophagy and although only a few pounds, the weight loss.
The only request would be to offer the same “ pour into the bowl” soups you offer in the PROLON kit my husband takes. They are superior to the LNutra dry soup mixes. Can you sell the soups individually?
