Nice home treatment for a back with stenosis
Delivered promptly. Works well although there is not much difference in the 3 speeds.

It works
When used on a regular basis along with a hot tub soak, this little machine can make a big difference in your life style. My back feels better than it has in a number of years and I am back to an active life style that I thought I would never see again. THANK YOU

I couldn't believe the relief I got right away. I had back surgery seven years ago and had lower back pain on a regular basis depending on what I had to do. Kyrobak has changed my life! No more pain.

not a miracle cure, but it helps
This machine didn't cure my spinal stenosis, or my scoliosis, but it did help me to be able to function. I am able to go to the store and shop and stand in line, which if you have back problems you know that is a big step. But i would recommend this to anyone. The one down fall I have is the Hard plastic piece you have to put your hips on, It can be painful if your back hurts really bad, but if you can suffer through that it does get better and helps. I am happy I have mine.

Very expensive for what it is.
You lie on the machine and it rotates your lower back.
and that's about it.
I'm not sure what I expected when I purchased the machine,
but it is less than what I thought it would be, particularly for the price.

problems with kyrobak
1. the product is overpriced. it seems like you are preying on people with medical problems; it does work, but not to the advertised amount.
2. the guarantee Is so complicated that it is almost impossible to follow.
3. my first kyrobak was defective. the return process, and getting a replacement was so cumbersome, and length (almost 3 months) that I now have less trust in kyrobak to keep my information confidential, and that if I do try to return I won't be able to.
4. re: 3 above, kyrobak didn't send me a replacement, and until I badgered them enough they finally recognized that I had paid for a kyrobak (they had no clue who I was after I returned the defective machine) and had returned a defective machine. I was totally unhappy about their bookkeeping, and honesty.

EDIT: Hi James. We reviewed each of your phone calls with our customer support team. There seems to have been some miscommunication over the last couple of months.
On October 12 you requested an exchange but informed the customer service representative that you would be traveling and asked that we hold on shipping the new unit until we heard from you in the future.
On October 27 you spoke with a customer service representative about updating your payment details to a new address. At this time we should have sent a new Kyrobak to your home but that order was not entered into the system until 11/18. We apologize for that oversight.
On November 27 you called in after discovering the replacement device had delivered without a charger, user guide or carrying case. We reshipped them the same day and provided verbal confirmation that your trial period would not begin until you had received the missing items.
Today is January 18 so you still have a little under 2 weeks to make a decision regarding Kyrobak. We hope you have been able to regularly use Kyrobak and that it's use has provided relief to your back pain. You are welcome to return everything for a full refund within the 60 day trial period.

We always attempt to put the customer first and from the sound of it we definitely let you down there. We are taking a close look at your experience and a company representative may be in touch to gather additional details.
Regarding the price/effectiveness. We wouldn't put a product in the marketplace that wasn't capable of producing results. Our clinical trials can speak to the effectiveness of Kyrobak.
As for the guarantee, we've received that feedback a number of times and during our recent website redesign we tried to address the return policy in very simple terms. The bottom line is that if you don't care for the results you're experiencing with Kyrobak at any point within 60 days of purchase, we'll return your money in full.
Despite the poor experience with the Customer Service team, I hope you'll continue using Kyrobak to treat your back pain.

love it.. helps my hips and back stay loose....ima 73 yrs old..and my body was getting stiff.... i use my machine twice a day...early morning ..and just before bedtime.. i would recommed it 2 any1 who has back problems or hips problems... it sure cut own on my DR visits,,, he cant believe how loose my hips are now ..

Works Great
I really works great and refieves my back pain for about 4-5 hours.
The only thing that I don't notice is the speed. No matter how many
times i push the on button i get only one speed.

I had high hopes for relief of my lower back pain but after using the machine for 2 weeks I saw no improvement. I would have sent the machine back but I put it away and forgot about it and I think it was too late to return. For $300 I felt like I got ripped off. A total come on that got people to think they would get pain relief and then nothing. I have since then found a therapeutic massage therapist and she is doing an amazing job of stretching muscles and strengthening my body and I wish I would have spent my wasted $300 on more sessions with her. I recommend save your money and do not buy this machine

Hi Nancy, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience using Kyrobak. We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive the relief you expected. Some Kyrobak users quickly respond to the treatment and it takes time for others. In our clinical trials, test subjects recorded the most improvement after 21-28 days of Kyrobak usage.
For this reason, we recommend at least 30 days of use (and tracking results in your progress diary), twice daily for 10 minutes per treatment. There are a number of variables that go into each experience with Kyrobak (treatment speed, frequency of use, prior back issues). It really helps the lower back. Now if you can give one for the neck and shoulders too, you would improve quality of life to the max. Only one problem for some, will be getting down on it or up from it. Thank you
