I ordered a lightsaber hilt, but never received my order. I have sent several emails but have not received any response. I suspect this company is a front for outright robbery. I do not recommend purchasing from Kybersabers.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I bought a saber from them 5 weeks ago. They took my money and never sent the saber. I have tried to contact them countless times and have gotten no response.
Ordered, had an issue before it was received, contacted CS with no response, read horrible reviews and asked to cancel order, no response, eventually disputed with PayPal, and they didn’t even respond to the PayPal dispute. Hoping for full refund via PayPal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THUS COMPANY
I purchased a light saber from them on the 20th Nov 2024 and received the customary confirmation email with details of my purchase.
A few weeks later I moved home and proceeded to contact them to change my address. I haven't received any update to my order since 20th Nov. No confirmation of shipping or no response to my request to change emy address. So I emailed them for the 5th time to cancel my order if they are going to blank their customers constant request to provide shipping updates and address change.
To this date I've had ZERO response from Kyber sabers. Id advise anyone to stay away from Kyber sabers. Their promise of 24/7 customer service is false and misleading. I'm going to raise a dispute with my credit card provider to refund my purchase. Never again.
i purchased a saber from them but was having an issue ordering it, so I emailed them because they claimed to have fast 27/7 customer service and will reply within 24hr (lie). i solved the issue on my own since I got no help from customer service, I then realized I ordered the wrong blade size so I emailed them again asking to have it swapped out for the correct size, and again was ignored despite them opening my emails. i tried DMing them on Instagram, which they are consistently active on, and got nothing. I then requested a refund because I didn't want to deal with this type of treatment after giving them $450, to which you guessed it, I was blatantly ignored for days. i emailed them again informing them that I had filed a dispute with my bank and to refund me so it'll be easier than making them investigate, and yet again, was ignored. you seeing a pattern here? don't give this company your money they will ignore you no matter the issue it seems.
Great lightsabers customer service was great too and they’re on top of the line when it comes to updates would recommend
Lightsaber did not work when it arrived. Support will ignore you if you say you want to return it. You will not get your money back. If you manage to contact them they will answer every 2 weeks or so (IF they answer). My negative reviews on their product page do not show up.
