Idiots where is my order and refund

Fraudsters. They are not responding and cancelling the order after somedays, also making refund in their wallet, which will never comeback to your bank account and if you further try to order using wallet, it shows technical error in wallet.

I tried to order some T-shirt but unfortunately it gets canceled and wallet is updated with amount.Every-time Im facing the same issues.
Sometimes the website page is not working while doing last step of order.
Even there is no option to get back our amount from kwabey wallet to bank account.

They delayed my prepaid order for 20 days, then returned my money in the kwabey wallet and its not accessible. So the whole thing is scan and I lost the money too as the wallet isn’t working

Hello, my order (Order ID: 1126229) has been showing "Packed" for about 15 days. I have already paid ₹999 through Fampay. Please provide the tracking details or arrange delivery as soon as possible. If the order cannot be delivered, please process a refund.

Lodged complaint against Kwabey.com in cyber security as their mode of commuincation are totally shut and there is no response from them through any medium! This is so annoying and waste of time and money!

I placed two orders from KWABEY.COM on 4 May 2026 and initially received the products. However, after returning items due to product issues, the experience became extremely problematic.

Instead of refunding to the original payment method, the company issued refund only as internal wallet credit on their website. When trying to use the wallet balance during checkout, the website repeatedly shows:
“Technical wallet error, try again after sometime.”

I attempted to contact customer support multiple times through email and the phone numbers listed on the website. Emails remain unanswered and the support numbers appear to be invalid/non-working.

I also noticed many similar complaints online from other customers reporting refund and support issues.

Frauded, they are bunch of a**holes, who have taken money and are refusing to dispatch the orders, i have to change my address, and they are not giving the choice of either cancelling or changing address, i am moving out of my place, it has already been 20 days since i ordered and yet to be dispatched.

This guys are scamming they are no shipping the order your order will be stuck in process for months no response it a scam they are running on instagram please report the website and file a complain in cyber security
