Quick to respond to a change of order
They were really quick to respond and edit my order and delivery address when I had forgotten to do it myself. I only realised when I got the email notification that my order had been processed but were able to make my changes before it was shipped. I'm very grateful

The email from Rosie & Kai. Med it easy foe me to delete cancelled American Express Card ending in 6000 and add the current card.
I was unable to change the billing address. The billing address is my residential address. Unit 4, 22 Hooker Street, Windsor, QLD 4030.
Delivery address is PO Box 140, Wilston, QLD 4051.
I don’t receive paper statements in the mail. They all come via an email & I have to log on to my account.

Side effects
Good delivery etc but this product has caused terrible gastric issues. Severe constipation, something I never have an issue with. Have contacted them for refund and waiting to hear back.
