Product arrived but very fiddly to assemble..what should have been an easy job! Ikea items are easy to assemble and the designers who provide the products to Kuiwee… they need go back to university and do a degree on Product Design! Learn about tongue and groove and allow products to lock-in, joining!!!!

Finally found that item that I was looking for.
Spent a few weeks trying to find a headboard cushion, had a good idea of what we were looking for but everything we saw was either too small, too large, stupidly expensive or had to be made to order at even more cost.
Finally found the one we wanted on Kuiwee, easy to order and delivered relatively quickly.
However, if you are browsing for specific items on their web site give yourself a lot of time, they have thousands of similar items so searches throw up lots of results unless you are very very specific.

A lovely headboard to look at but as it was metal and because of the design it rattled even just touching the bed! Unfortunately, it was just slightly wider than the bed so we were unable to fix it to the base.

I was really wary of this company due to reviews I had read. Not sure what everyone else experienced but it does not sound like the company I dealt with. I ordered a unit and when it arrived it was damaged. I dreaded contacting the company as thought I would be ignored. I was WRONG. I got an email response straight away to say my query had been received. The next day I was asked for a picture, which I sent. The next day I was told a new unit was on its way. AMAZING. Customer Service. Kept me informed all the way and my new unit arrived 2-3 days later. Would buy from here again. Thank you for such great service.
