Kuhn’s Diamond Jewelers was established in 1930 in Russell, Kansas by B.M. “Bill” Kuhn. His son, Gib Kuhn, joined the family business after returning home from World War II and they added a second store in Hays, Kansas. A third generation was added when Gib’s daughter and son-in-law, Sari and Randy Reynolds, followed in the family footsteps in 1977. Randy has over 36 years of experience in the setting of diamonds and gemstones; he excels at repairing all types of jewelry. He is a Gemological Institute of America Diamond graduate and is also a certified Laserstar welder. Kuhn’s Jewelers is the Hays area’s exclusive member of the Retail Jewelers Organization since 1961 and the Independent Jewelers Organization since 2005. Only one leading independent retail jeweler in a market area is selected for exclusive membership. With the buying power of over 1,000 stores, Kuhn’s Diamond Jewelers can offer the lowest prices on an exceptional selection of the finest jewelry. Membership in RJO and IJO also gives Kuhn’s Jewelers direct access to the international diamond markets of Antwerp, Belgium, the “Diamond Capital of the World.” This allows us to provide you with exquisite diamonds without the normal middleman fee.
