Having moved into a large Victorian house, I’ve replaced the radiators each time I’ve renovated a room. I’ve used Kudox single and double convector panel radiators and I’ve always been very pleased with the quality and heat output and found them superb value for money. I recently had a problem with the top cover and raised the matter with Kudox quality control. I had a very quick holding reply and the full response followed within a day. In this day and age, more companies do not seem to care however I can thoroughly recommend Kudox for their customer care and attention to detail. Keep up the great work!

I bought a towel rail from
Toolstation and I really like the quality of the product. Also, I lost some parts of the bracket and the support sent to me in 2 days. I recommend this company.

Bought 4 Kudox ‘Premium’ (haha) radiators from Screwfix 4 years ago & 2 went rusty & started leaking around the bottom right inlet/outlet. Screwfix have replaced both with Flomasta which are 100% identical, also with a 15 year warranty, so maybe a rebrand/rename has taken place but warranty reply from Kudox below FYI shows you the tactics they use to avoid liability on their warranty. If they check my 1st email again, they will also find the ‘missing’ proof of purchase for the 600x600 so maybe a staff scheme for SPECSAVERS would be a good idea:

We aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to assisting our customers, however please note that we would not be able to process your claim for the following reasons:
Taking into consideration for how long the item has been installed and the nature of defect, this would issue would not be covered by our warranty. The fact that rust appears at the bottom edge is characteristic of two potential issues, either the paint was chipped or scratched during installation or there is moisture in the room which collects and sits on the bottom. Neither of these would be considered manufacturing defects. Any manufacturing faults or defective materials in the surface finish of the radiator cause issues after a short period of time (weeks/months) rather than years and this is why the surface finish is covered for 1 year only.
Furthermore, we find very unlikely that you have two radiators with issue at the same place.
Kindly be informed that our warranty policies states that we are unable to initiate the claims process without the necessary proof of purchase. You haven’t sent the proof of purchase for the item Kudox Panel Radiator Type 11 600mm x 600mm;
The life expectancy of our products is entirely dependent on the quality of installation, heating system maintenance and the environment into which they have been installed. Radiators installed in high humidity areas as bathrooms or installed in properties with water softeners are likely to require a higher level of maintenance than others installed in less humid or less chemically aggressive areas.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we would like to refund the original item's price to you for the item Kudox Panel Radiator 600mm x 1000mm. Therefore, we will contact Screwfix to proceed with the refund in the same card that was used to make the purchase. Please keep in mind that we do not keep panel radiators in stock in the UK, so we request Screwfix to send the item out, however they do not have the item in stock either. Very poor product. Exceedingly poor finish & paint. Do not waste your money.
2 months out of the 1 year warranty and rusting on the outside of the radiators near the inlet & outlet at the bottom of each end.
Kudox themselves refuse to acknowledge responsibility.
We have had 2 independent plumbers to assess and both agree it’s a manufacturing issue whereas Kudox are blaming the installation. Saying “excessive use of PTFE & Over Torqued fittings” However this is not the case.
We regret purchasing these products and would not recommend anyone waste their time and hard earned money either.

Poor quality and no point trying to claim on warranty don't want to know sending them off to get tested see what they say when result are back

We are very pleased with the quality of these radiators. When we had a slight problem with not finding the brackets, the Customer Services were very helpful and professional and solved the problem easily.
We're very happy with our purchase.

My latest acquisition has rust on the bottom lip and inside on the fins too. It took less than a year to start rusting and now 18 months from installation it is very tatty.

Fitted Kudos radiators in house, bought from Screwfix. In less than two years of use they show signs of rust and leak.
The warranty from Kudos is a waste of time and a fifteen year guarantee worthless as they make it difficult to claim as they require photographic evidence and a detailed form completed. They then except no responsibility for such an inferior product. Avoid at all costs!

Same problem with the replacement radiator installed in the bathroom by my contractor. It rusts all along the bottom so drips and is wafer thin it’s so deteriorated.
Contractor is trying to say it’s not his problem when he took out a perfectly good bathroom radiator to replace with this rubbish

Bought four of these radiators from Screwfix and they were all damaged upon opening the box.

The side panels especially appeared a bit flimsy and easily buckled.

The main part of the radiator seemed fine and the price was good.

It’s really difficult to believe what quality control are letting through on these radiators, The finish is very poor and they rust for fun, I almost sliced my hand open on the edge of one of these radiators as it was like a serrated knife.

Our radiator starting rusting within a few months of being fitted. Due to Covid situation there was a delay in contacting Kudox, this was after going to Screwfix with photos and them agreeing we should contact Kudx under the manufacture guarantee.
Kudox having been sent photos have come back denying any responsibility, I have since seen we are not the only ones whose radiator rusts after a short time and other people are either being ignored or getting the same response denying any claim. I would not buy from them again.

Ladder towel radiator.
Poor quality mounting brackets - loose nuts. Had to abandon one of bottom brackets & use adhesive to hold bolt in place. Lots of time lost over this issue
Also vent will need replacing as needs very hard tightening to close.

" Really disappointed as these radiators look the part but the quality of coating is severely lacking.
They will be fine in a dry environment but put them in a bathroom and the seams show rusting within a year.
The 15 year warranty is a joke as they don't cover the external coating more than a year!
Have tried claiming but as you can imagine.. no luck.
You only have to look carefully at the powder coating where they seem to concentrate on the panels and not the seams to see how thin it is.
So beware! "
