Great products, love the ethical range but quite pricey
Great products, fast delivery - only deducting one star as it's very expensive, especially with post and packaging on top. However I love that there are eco friendly options, just wish there was a cheaper postage option for smaller/lighter orders as this puts me off buying more regularly.

Thanks for your review and glad to hear that the goods reached you. It is only recently that we have added a new small order carriage charge better enabling small orders, which it sounds like you're using so I'm not sure what to suggest. Unfortunately packaging is a physical product that takes time and cost in the making and delivering.

Great customer service throughout
Great customer service throughout, helped get the right material/design tailored to the company website/branding. And resolved delivery quickly when courier partner tried to deliver before we were open.
Need to ensure review emails are not sent before delivery arrives. Maybe 7 days?

We've tried to vary the timing but whatever you choose, it's fixed on the date customer places an order; rather than the day it's sent... when you could arrange a review to go a week after that. Let's hope Trustpilot pick up on it at some point.

Allowed me to order, spend my money and then cancelled last minute because they, like every other company get their cheap products from china. No thanks. Avoid at all costs. Woman on email is highly rude!

Thanks for your review, which gives us the chance to add some context. L Smith's order was placed at 12:16pm on Sunday night. On Monday morning at 8:07 we reached out to offer alternatives as these boxes have been very popular and sold out now till January. (I'm sorry if the alternative colours don't suit you.) I can see the order was then refunded in full before 09:00am.
