Thanks for your suggestion. We understand how difficult it can be for a customer to receive a damaged product. That's why we always double-check every product before packing it. However, sometimes products are damaged during transportation. We will replace it as soon as possible as we did for you.

Experience at Kollam Supreme store located at KK Road, near the petrol pump at Kottayam.
I went to the Kollam Supreme store on March 15, 2023 and bought three items. Manual billing was done facing away from me and the items were packed and given to me. Upon reaching home I realized that one item was billed four times more than the price I was told the price is. Since all the price tags were removed, I could not double check the price of the item. When I returned within 12 hours to the store, I was told that the price billed is correct.
I would not have bought that item even for half the price charged. I wanted to return the item, but was told it cannot be done. I was given store credit for that one item taken back. I had to go back on a day & had to buy four items, which I did not need or want to add up to the amount billed for that one returned item.
My suggestion to the management is to be more transparent with billing by facing customers while billing so they can see the price billed for the item and also to leave the price tag on the item for reference later if needed .

No return!
I am surprised that there is no return or exchange option for the products bought online. I bought a pair of adjustable baby bangle. 1 bangle is adjustable and another is not. So, I wanted to exchange it. But I was told to send it back. The return was not arranged.

To save the hassle of shipping back and forth, we do not provide guarantee to the items we sell online. But, in case if we to send a wrong jewelery or customer received a damaged product, we definitly replace or refund them. For that the customer has to send the item to us. We will of course refund the shipping charge if the return is due to us.
