perfect! company is amazing, everything arrived safe and well packaged, reasonable prices, great :)

Pre-order send received before estimated date. Visited store recently amazing staff, very kind, good prices and lots of Kerch and album! 10/10 would go again.

I have bought from this company and their products are always so quick to arrive and such good quality

I’ve been to kstars shop multiple times and never had any issues until very recently. I bought an album from in store, the album itself was £24 in total with 3 inclusions the main one being 1 photocard, unfortunately this photocard was missing from the album. I understand that this is a manufacturing fault and not the shop itself however I was bit disappointed when I was only offered £3 in compensation and nothing else. I have bought a damaged album from the store before that only had a small bend on the corner and that was £3 off it’s usual price. Considering I have seen them sell resealed albums (something they said they couldn’t do) on their discount shelf before even ones that are missing photo cards I was a little confused when they couldn’t do that with the one I bought and given me a new one instead of giving me money back or at least given a bit more money as then I could of bought a photocard separately(usually priced between £7-£15 depending on seller)(they actually had a POB photocard for the same album worth £7 on sale but I could not get it) Usually good just disappointed with this purchase.

The best Kpop shop in the UK for online and in store purchases! Everything is well priced and they stock a lot more than albums, including lightsticks and pickets. Would recommend to any Kpop fan 💜

My daughter very happy with purchase. Delivered promptly and well packaged

I have been ordering from kstars for a year now and I cannot fault them. delivery times are impeccable. the offers and sales they do are amazing and noting is overpriced. their range of albums, merch and photo cards cannot be faulted. they are hands down my favourite K-pop shop to order from. if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

It was super fast and not damaged at all. Very good.

Love these guys never had a bad experience with them. I’ve ordered probably around 12 albums at this point and every single one has come in perfect condition. Would recommend to anyone to use these guys.

they were very unprofessional they were speaking to other staff instead of helping me and they didn't give me the right amount of change 0/10 never going back again

I was scared that the package would come damaged since it was from a different city but It was well packed and secured and everything was in a perfect shape thank you!! 🙈

I got my order within days of purchasing and it was packaged really securely! I massively recommend these guys for K-pop merch and albums!

My album arrived really quickly and I pulled my bias 😍

I'm always happy buying from kstars especially online since I know whatever I've bought weither it be a album, picket, photocard whatever they always come in the perfect condition.

KStars are honestly the best and safest to order from for kpop items, their customer service online is always amazing! Everything i’ve ever ordered from them has came in perfect condition and well protected, I can’t thank the staff enough for their amazing work :)

very smooth transaction and it arrived almost the next day!!

I’ve ordered from them so many times, all my orders have arrived quickly, been packaged well, and are decently priced. They are my go to kpop store!
