K Stars Recensioni

I've visited the store once in January. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcome in the store! I've ordered multiple times online, each time orders have been quick and reliable. Will always order from here!

I’ve ordered from Kstars many times and I have always been satisfied. The most convenient way to get my kpop albums! I’m very glad I found them

Great communication with the costumer, I am expecting to buy more items from here :)

Am an massive fan of shopping with KStars there the only company who has pretty much everything I need to buy and always has fantastic customer service and always ships my packages for me super fast and everything is always well packaged so I never receive anything faulty definitely recommend KStars to anyone who’s an massive fan of Kpop like I am thank you will definitely be back for more orders 😊

Came in good condition but the tracking was broken so didn’t know when it was coming.

Really fast shipping and really kind and helpful staff i always buy my albums etc from here and they have never disappointed!🩷😊

Everything arrived perfectly! The albums were well packaged with bubble wrap and arrived swiftly. These were the best prices I could find in the UK!

I love the products and the staff are so nice, would love to visit the store soon

Always packed well so items are not damaged and always so helpful with customers on Instagram.

Definitely the best kpop shop in the uk

Always packaged perfectly and items in fantastic condition. Arrives very quickly

Arrived quickly, well packaged with plenty of bubble wrap. Reasonable shipping prices and product prices overall. My photocards arrived in penny sleeves and a top loader. One downside is I think this shop is quite slow with preorders.

The best Kpop shop on the UK! I have been ordering for Kstars for a while and have never been disappointed. The customer care is always amazing, prices are reasonable and the have so much stock/merch you can’t get anywhere else in the UK.

Today I received 1 album in my order as a different version from the one ordered. The team informed me they had sent out the correct album and the other version I can keep for free. That was so generous and kind of them. Thank you Kstars 💕

Not recommend; item with scratches, too small; not worth the price and take for ever to deliver. The only positive thing is that when it's turn on it looks pretty.

This company is crap haven't even got an tracking that is valid after 15 days and it was supposed to be 5 to 15 days for delivery and still nothing once they have your money they will give you a run around if you get a response at all. No wonder my debt card will not allow me to order directly from them will be the last time I order any thing from any where over there crooks. We will see if I ever receive it to be continued
.... Don't know why they have so many fake reviews everyone I have talked to don't have anything good to say about them must be writing there own reviews.

WHERE CAN I WRITE A REVIEW!!! Definitely not as the picture:( it’s not even GLASS!!! False advertising asf!!!! I waited two weeks and I have scratches all over my custom “mirror” yet it’s freaking PLASTIC:((((( it’s CRAP for what I paid i mean even glue is all over the place just sloppy!! I paid 60 damn near 70$ for a PLASTIC MIRROR????????!??

Love k Stars, I've got so many albums from them as well as 5 lightsticks and I check here first for any kpop merch I want

We had been looking for an Ateez lightstick everywhere and found KStars! They answered my query really quickly. Order placed, confirmed and shipped within days. Received it today in the post safely packaged so even the lightstick box was immaculate.
Definitely buy from them again. Thanks
