Website and "chat" is appalling. I wanted to know what fonts are available, what type sizes can be used, why there is no template for a house name.....go to "chat" and get a bit that says you have to wait 20 minutes to get the first answer. All the positive reviews on Trustpilot now seem suspicious.

I recently purchased this product , I was very sceptical about it as the price was cheap . on receiving it I was very impressed by the quality of it . If you are looking for a new sign I suggest you try this you won’t be disappointed .

I’ve used K Smart a couple of times now and the product and service have been 100%. Slight problem with my first delivery but once I made contact this problem was resolved immediately and without fuss.

If I could give you a worse review i promise I would ,shitehouse of a company. Complete and utter walkers.

Don’t buy from this company, the sign just disintegrates after a while. When ordering a replacement they sent to an old address of mine and blamed me for this. Didn’t even check for my address even though the sign was being made for where I lived. When then speaking to customer service they were very rude. I told them I would go else where and was told “ wherever you do order from, make sure to check your address details”. Rude rude rude. Spend your money with a better company.

This has never been cleaned with any products, nice try to blame you customer. I also didn’t call any of your staff any names.

This is an expensive looking product. Arrived quickly and in first class packaging, complete with instructions and template. Looks perfect on the wall outside our front door. I liked it so much that I've ordered another one for my daughter. Highly recommended.

Fantastic sign nice and big really lovely easy to fit

I was commissioned by a customer for a name tag, she had found an example of what she wanted somewhere. I went looking and came across K smart Sign Ltd and there I went shopping, discussed this with the customer and they wanted a matte black with gold letters and number. After the order, the customer came back and wanted the letters in silver, I immediately called and it was all no problem, was adjusted and started. Upon arrival, the 1st order turned out to be delivered and after a phone call it was all arranged and I now have the right copy. Big 10 for the service and correct handling, highly recommended!
