Very Modern and well made
Quality of the sign was very high! Looks great. Nice and modern. My only issue was with installation. I’m ok at DIY. Drilled the holes in the wall ok and got the fittings in but was at a slight angle. This made it difficult to align the fittings up. Got there in the end but I found it fiddly. Overall a great product.

Somehow my review hasn't gone live.So I write again to warn others.We were shocked when we received the item we are not actually not ordered. Even we picked the design carefully checked again but we received the sign like a few ants spreded on a piece of plastic. Send them an email but never get response. We felt like we are conned. Actually we are conned.If you think you will get what you see or what you ordered or will be heard afterwards think again.

We knew this would be making an appearance Nihal. The issue here as you fully know is that you ordered quite a small sign (SIMPATICO A5 - WHICH IS PERFECT FOR A HOUSE SIGN) However, you had 5 lines of text on it, this was an instructional sign. We phoned you to state this was alot of text for such a small sign and offered you the A4 size instead which would look alot better.
You stated, "NO - I WANT SIGN I ORDER".
The last review you left got removed due to abbusive comments, rather like the numerous phone call messages you left for us.

We have replied to your emails and sent a full refund to your account. We apologise for the stickers being lost in the post, we have very little control over the actual delivery as I am sure you can understand.
We have since spoken to the customer and confirmed that her refund was sent shortly after the original complaint.

I wish I has read the reviews before ordering over £400 worth of signage I would have not used this company half of 30 signs of the same style only 7 were correct and I was told it was my error and the computer was not wrong. I had to ring up as I could not see page two of my order so they had to adjust it from their side so computers do go wrong sometimes. When my order arrived and it was clearly wrong they totally dismissed my attempts to explain that I was only on one item and kept changing the number and adding to basket as I ordered plaques as room numbers for my hotel so they needed to be all the same so why would I come out of that item then go in and change the style I insisted that I only opened one item then just change the description to the room number I needed. They kept on insisting that I was wrong then he said he was terminating the conversation as he did not like my tone of voice. I see from these reviews that this behaviour from them seems to be repetitive basically accusing the customer of being ruse when in fact it is them that are rude and unhelpful so buyer be aware.

Dear Buyer - As we explained on the phone before you became massively abusive! On our wesbite there is an online chat and a phone number (01942 605472) we can be contacted between 8am and 5pm 7 days a week... There was zero contact before or after this order!
Fact - After ordering our website sends you an email with a breakdown of what you have ordered showing the colours and personalisation.
You had ordered 15 Bellissima in white Marble and 18 Bellissima in Silver Mirror. That is 100% fact - and, as such the order was made to your requirements and sent within 24 hours on a next day service and arrived with you!
Upon opening you realised your ordering error and DEMANDED 15 new signs, however in your order email "as clear as day" it showed you the different sign styles you had ordered and again, With massive amounts of abuse blamed us!
We offered you a reduced cost of 50% to make you the new signs but this you felt was "DISCUSTING SERVICE" and the levels of profanity was unholy!
