expired promotions vanished completely. I wanted to check the terms of an offer I had used, but it disappeared from my account once it ended. By the end I had more questions than when I started. This happened during otherwise normal use.
My complaint is very specific: clearing recommendations also removed useful favourites. I wanted to reset suggestions without affecting the games I had deliberately saved. Everything around it became harder to judge. It was particularly annoying in the middle of an active session.
