We take accusations like this seriously, but Kryptine does not accept fraudulent or disputed payments.

If a payment is flagged as unauthorized, reversed, charged back, or marked suspicious by the payment provider, the order is automatically voided and access may be removed from our Discord for security reasons. This is standard anti-fraud procedure to protect the business from payment abuse.

We have full transaction logs for every order. If you believe there has been a genuine mistake, you’re welcome to contact support with valid proof of payment (including transaction ID and confirmation status), and we will review it properly.

False claims do not make us scammers — fraudulent payments do not get fulfilled.

We do not scam anyone, and we certainly do not require customers to buy “shady things.” All purchases are clearly explained before payment.

If someone was banned, it is typically due to violating our terms (fraudulent payment, chargeback attempt, abuse, or breaking server rules). We do not randomly ban legitimate customers.

Regarding the $120 payment — if there has been a genuine issue, the user will be refunded once the transaction is reviewed and confirmed as valid. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

We do not bot Trustpilot reviews. All reviews are from real customers who have successfully received their orders.

If you believe there has been a mistake, contact support with your transaction ID and proof of payment so it can be resolved properly.

Spreading false claims publicly without contacting support first does not help resolve the situation.

We do not scam anyone, and we do not create fake reviews.

Every order is logged and processed through our system. If someone was banned or an order was canceled, it is usually due to fraudulent payment, a chargeback attempt, or violation of our server rules.

Throwing accusations without providing proof does not make them true. If you genuinely had an issue, contact support with your transaction ID and proof of payment so we can properly review it.

We are happy to resolve real problems — but we do not tolerate fraud or false claims.

We do not take payments without delivering.

All transactions are logged and tied to an order ID. If an order was not received, it is usually because the payment was flagged, reversed, marked unauthorized, or is still pending on the provider’s side.

We respond to all legitimate support tickets. If you haven’t received a reply, please provide your order ID and transaction ID so we can investigate properly.

Publicly calling something a scam without contacting support with proof does not resolve the issue. We are willing to review any genuine case.
