I really would give it very careful though if you are thinking of purchasing from them, their customer service is non existence and if you have an after issue you could be waiting week to get it resolved and chances are it won't be covered under warranty.

Kruz staff were more than helpful while i decided which ebike best suited me...A Belize. I love the bike, robust, beautifully designed and ergonomically adjusted. When i picked it up I was talked thru the bikes operation clearly and concisely. I appreciate the great follow up and regular service on offer and as an "older"person came away feeling that my ebike has every support it may need in the future. Highly recommend the Belize bike and the team.

From start to finish kruz were a pleasure to deal with, extremely communicative, friendly and informative. Told me the steps to get a bike with the bike to work scheme and everything went flawlessly. The bike I chose was the KR-2 foldable and it’s awesome. Lots of power to get me up those hills and small enough to bring into the office. Highly recommended these guys, Graham( I think his name was ) was super sound and showed me how to use the bike. An absolute gent!

Nobody answering phones. Douglas cork may be closing . Waiting on punture of be fixed. Useless all round. Answer phone good start if unable to fix punture. Do not accept bike

I have just recently purchased this bike and I can say hands down it's amazing. I use it everyday for work and I cycle massive hills and it zooms up them. I took it out this weekend to cycle round Killarney national park and my partner hired an electric bike and it was no match for mine hands down it's incredible and everyone that I have shown the bike to is so impressed. It definitely has a zoom factor

Have my KR-6 EVO for about two months now and I absolutely love it. It is used for commuting and leisure cycling and found it to be a perfect bike for a city. Folding it is straight forward and can easily be stored inside my home or under my desk at work.

I am not a small person (100kg + ) and both the bike and the battery power can handle my weight just fine. Writing this review as my chief concern before purchase was my size so hoping to put others mind at ease.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing but positive things to say.

Got a Belize folding bike in July, its been great whether I'm dropping into town to meet friends or passing the queues of cars on the way to work. Park it anywhere, almost zero effort and comfortable, what more could you want.

My parents, both in their 60's recently bought 2 Belize folding Electric Bikes from Kruz. Delivery was super quick. They use them most evenings and go cycling together. They love the gear system and never break a sweat while out cycling together.
