Recently got the sleek and classy watch Otus - Steel/Blue for my husband and he instantly love it. Shipping was fast and just right on time before for our anniverssary. Very recommendable! Next time I’m buying one for myself.

Bought it for a gift for my husband and the shipping time amaze me! It arrived earlier than expected and the quality and design is superb! Surely will order again for my brothers birthday next month :)

Strap is very nice solid silicon, very strong. Absolutely love it.

I’ve got myself the Otus, You can never doubt dutch quality.
The look of the watch is outstanding, the quality is very good, the shipping was fast enough (To Asia) and I still received a discount card for my next purchase, very happy, been wearing it for a couple weeks and no problems, just great! Klein or Kredo, watches are worth the money and the wait.

Pas geleden contact gehad met klein Watches en toen had ik all een zeer teleurstellend bericht dat me horloge er snel mee gekapt was toen uiteindelijk vervangend horloge gehad waar ik erg blij mee was maar nog geen half jaar verder en me horloge is alweer kapot waar de band aan vast zit gebroken en tijdwijzer vast voor derest mooie horloges maar ik ga hier nooit geen klokje meer bestellen want dit is wel de bom geweest ben tevens benieuwd of klein Watches met een tegemoetkoming komt want voor studenten die een horloge willen is het toch geld

I loved the watch, plus the support team was really great on information about the watch and the quality of the watch is unbelievable with a price so great, recommending to buy one your not going to regret.

This is klein watches renamed.
Took over a month to arrive, sent directly from china so don't be fooled by the"non eu country in europe" bullsh*t and 4-5 star reviews. Both watches i ordered had the same low quality chinese movement with non existing power reserve, and it doesn't keep time. You can find the exact same watch on alibaba with a different branding and other dial pattern for 15 euros. Please, if you want an automatic watch buy a real swiss made. I own two swiss made watches and you can't even compare these "watches" to them. 0/5 stars would not recommend at all!
In addition I also had to pay about $30 in customs fee..

Uiteindelijk hebben ze nog steeds transport kosten niet betaald.

My watch came early than expected. It looks like a 400-500€ watch. So beautiful. I have DEDON BLACK and OTUS MALIK BLACK/GOLD. Amazing watches. I recommended watches to everyone who wants to look stylish and awesome. Definitely buying one more! :)

Snabb leverans, bra kundservice!

My watch took 3 months to arrive, pointless as it was a gift for a friend, the watch itself is a cheap Chinese ripoff, with cheap Chinese mechanism and alloy metal, the watches are just rebranded and are shipped direct from China, thats why they take so long, don't be fooled with all the fancy advertising, you can buy the exact same watch on Alibaba for $10, all they have done is rebranded existing designs, do your research, read the reviews on google.

Mijn horloge kwam beschadigd binnen, helaas te laat gezien en support reageert niet meer op mijn mail. Slechte zaak en aftercare.

Avoid at all costs!

I placed an order in May, it didn't arrive in June so I requested a refund. It's now July and the order still hasn't arrived. I've requested a refund again .... not hearing much back from Klein Watches. Absolute disgrace. Plenty of other watches on the market from reputable companies who care about their customers.

This was a birthday gift and has now caused so much stress and drama it's not even worth the bother.

Totally let down, ignored and deflated from the whole thing and above all, I just want my money back :(

After the response from KLEIN watches below, I have still yet to receive either the product or a refund. My money is being held by the company and they are refusing to refund me for a product I have not even received. Absolutely disgusting thieves.

I'll gladly keep editing this review should the situation change but currently, they have my money, I do not have a product and it's been 3 months since I placed the order.

Klein Watches - give me a refund. Please.

They care a lot about your experience. If there is any problem they refunds the money. The package took some delays but the attention is quite good
