Good job, minor issues fixed quickly

I liked the work overall. At first, the background music didn’t fit well, but once I pointed it out, they changed it right away. Customer support was decent, though responses were a bit slow sometimes.

I felt like they could improve

I felt like they could improve on response time. It took a while to get answers to some of my feedback. That said, the work itself was on point. I liked how they handled the transitions and visuals in the video.

Creative and professional

I had a character animation made for a personal project. I liked their creative approach and the pricing was also reasonable. First time trying them, but I was genuinely impressed.

Bit of a delay, but worth the wait

There was a delay of a couple of days which I wasn’t too happy about. I was honestly a bit frustrated. But when I saw the final result, it kind of made up for it. The animation was smooth and matched my vision.

Slow replies, but great final output

The only issue I had was with communication — sometimes replies took longer than expected. But honestly, once I got the final animation, I was impressed. The video turned out better than I imagined.

Average experience

The graphics were alright but the animation felt a bit basic. Maybe I was expecting more. Still, they were cooperative and made an effort, so I appreciate that.

Decent work but slightly delayed

The quality was okay, but the delivery was a bit later than expected. Animation could’ve been sharper, but they did try their best. Not bad, but room for improvement

Better than I expected

Honestly, the result came out better than I expected. I needed a logo animation for a business intro. I asked for a few small changes and they did them without any issue. Would definitely recommend.

Nice work, just needed a bit more polish

I needed an animated reel for Instagram. The work was good, though it could’ve been a bit more polished. Still, it was done on time and they took my feedback seriously. I’m satisfied.
