Con artists. They took our booking and our money about a month before our trip to visit Schindler's factory. We had booked for a time in the mid afternoon knowing that we had to get through the airport, taxi to the hotel and then later we had booked a meal at a restaurant. Literally the day beforehand, our booking (2.50pm) was cancelled and we were offered 1.20pm (which would be extremely tight with the airport) or 5.45pm which would conflict with our evening meal. I said neither was convenient so what were our options. No reply. I reluctantly said we would take 1.20pm and would try to rush there to make it work because they gave us no options. When it became obvious we wouldn't be able to make it because of delays at the airport, we contacted them to ask for a rearranged time/date - response? No, because we agreed to 1.20pm (which we did only because our booking was cancelled without our ageement). I asked for a refund. Answer - get lost. Eventually I persuaded them to give me 50% back leaving me hugely out of pocket. Save yourself hassle and having to deal with con artists and book direct with the venue and get a cab to ensure you control your entry time. Avoid this company at all costs

I wanted to share my recent experience with your company, which unfortunately has been extremely disappointing and frustrating for both myself and my family. We booked tickets in advance, but discovered they were for the wrong day. When we reached out for support, we were told to purchase new tickets and that we would be refunded. However, we were unable to secure a tour that day, and despite repeated attempts, there was no further communication from your company. Attempts to resolve the issue through a dispute have been met with claims that we used the tickets, which is simply not true. I have all the evidence showing that your team acknowledged the mistake, and yet, you are still contesting the claim.

Additionally, when we arrived, your office was closed, there was no staff available, and our phone calls went unanswered. This lack of customer support made the situation even more stressful. To make matters worse, tickets for the ice mines in Krakow are available on-site for half the price, and the “custom tour” we were expecting turned out to be just a driver handing out print-out tickets.

Given all of this, I feel it is important to warn others about our experience. I strongly urge you to improve your customer service, address disputes fairly, and ensure transparent communication with your clients in the future.

Terrible company, very unprofessional and do not care about their customers once you have paid. We recently booked a tour to austwitz with this company and the level of service was awful. We arrived early at the pickup point it was -5 but the driver wouldn't let us on the bus until it was time. We got stuck in traffic along the way so it was a rush to get into austwitz. I struggled to get the id on my phone due poor mobile signal. After about 5 minutes we were let through, but our group had been ushered through the checking and we were left behind. The staff wouldn't let us join the tour despite us just seeing them go through the doors. We tried to call Krakowbooking call center but nobody answered the call for both office and out of hours support. After several calls we got through to someone who was no help at all and wouldn't talk to the staff on our behalf. As a result we missed the tour. I asked for a refund for the tour but they wouldnt answer my emails but then later replied after we had returned to the UK with a good will gesture of a free tour to one of their cheaper tours which we couldn't go on. Do yourself a favor and book tours with the other tour operators, they are far more professional and very helpful.
