Terrible company

Terrible company. They sent the wrong item, and are now refusing to post the correct item out to me until they receive the incorrect item back, essentially holding my item hostage.
I wouldn't shop here again.

EDIT: After agreeing with them to send the item back and they would send the correct item immediately, they saw the review, and have now doubled down. Unfortunately you can't trust their customer service department to stand on their word.

Hanna Salinity meter

Ordered a Hanna Salinity meter so I could monitor the salt level in my pond the item arrived really quickly packaged well.
The time between ordering and postage was really appreciated as I needed this item quickly.
The price of the item was the cheapest I could find yes there are refractometer that are less money but I like this brand.
Thank you again for a great service

Spot on.

I have bought items on two occasions in the last two weeks and must say the service was exceptional.
I was kept informed at every stage of my orders progress with very fast delivery.
Many thanks from a very satisfied customer who will certainly be using
