I have been working with Kove for nearly 2 years now and they have been brilliant. Both of my rental properties were from deals sourced by them. They are helpful, enthusiastic and fun to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable and they have helped me start my property investment journey. I would highly recommend using Kove.

I would highly recommend Kove, Dan and Jez are very refreshing in the property space. Having used a similar company and having an average experience, it’s refreshing to find a company that cares about what they do. They put so much time into the whole process it makes it very pain free and easy to scale a portfolio.

Kove have been amazing, I have finally become a portfolio landlord which is something I’ve been planning to do but just haven’t had the time. The team have been patient with me having such a busy schedule and have found me 4 properties over the years that are now cash flowing and making me returns. The properties are great, refurb always went well and within timescale. It’s a perfect solution for those time poor like me.

From start to finish , Kove have done exactly what it said on the tin; they found me a property and supported me through the purchase. They put me in touch with contacts for solicitors, mortgage broker, and contractors to carry out the refurb, who have all been great!
The RICS survey revealed that the property needed more work than first anticipated by the Kove team (the vendor had hidden a few things that weren’t apparent until a more thorough inspection was done). However, Jez at Kove negotiated with the vendor and managed to get a reduction on the agreed sale price, to compensate for the additional refurb costs, which was very much appreciated, and meant the forecasted figures still stacked up. Property refurb is now underway and although I’m in touch with the contractor carrying out the works, Jez is still overseeing it and keeping me updated on each phase etc. Hopefully the works will complete on schedule and we can then get it to market and let out via the Kove team, under their guaranteed rent scheme ! Overall an educational, enlightening experience to acquire my first BTL, which , thanks to the help of Kove, was actually somewhat enjoyable. I’m not sure that would’ve been the case had I tried to go it alone.
Once this one is over the line, I’ll be looking to work with Kove on future projects.
