Terrible quality. These look so ugly, I would compare the quality to H&M or Amazon. The set is made entirely out of Viscose and Elastane and will not last more than a few wears. The stitching is also not good, it looks extremely two-dimensional without any shape. The advertised images are very manipulative, and look nothing like the product I received. Horrible considering the high price. The brand is green washing, virtue signaling, and price gouging, focuing on short term profits rather than the good quality, lasting, intentional pieces their prices and brand indicates. Also took 10 days to ship. Do not buy.
Long-time Kotn shopper
Long-time Kotn shopper. Made my first purchase in 2020 during the pandemic. I have seen them improve their fit and material quality considerably over time. Their new spring collection is exciting with trendier styles (love their off-shoulder tee). Kotn has been one of my favourites for several years now and I see continuous improvements in their product and positioning season over season. Definitely a brand to watch..

I received a shirt in my order that was covered in dirty marks; it looked like it had been left on a warehouse floor (which probably is what happened). I sent an email requesting a refund or replacement, and did not receive any response back. I then sent two follow-up emails, and still heard nothing. I finally received a response after almost a MONTH, with a 20% off promo code as a thank you for my 'patience'. I have never felt compelled enough to write a negative review until now. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Contrary to others reviews, my experience was amazing.
I ordered two items on Friday 09/01/26, which I received today 12/01/26.
The quality is superb. I can feel the weight of the cotton and the quality.
I’ll definitely be ordering by from here again.
missing package/late exchanges/inventory inaccurate
missing package, never heard back from them. no number to call... there's a shop here in nyc and they are completely disconnected from the online shop so are unable to help as well. also the site lists items that are unavailable in stock, and i am waiting for an item to be exchanged in sizes but it has yet to be dropped off at the postal office. wishing i wouldve just gotten a refund at this point.
Quality cottons, sizing is a bit iffy
Slow initial shipping. Returns are easy, but they charge you quite a bit to do so, and aren't up front about it. Refunds are fast however. Quality seems good, sizing is a bit sus.
3/5 because return s&h charges suck. Also won't order online again because returns cost too much, therefore the purchase risk is too high.
Abysmal customer service
Item got lost in the post (not their fault) BUT NOT MINE either. I provided them with evidence including tracking and they replied initially but then ignore a further 3 emails. Had to open a case with Amex to get my money back. Wouldn’t mind but the quality was rubbish as well
Smooth Online Experience, but Weak In-Store Service
My online shopping experience with Kotn was smooth, and I really like their mission of supporting Egyptian communities and increasing girls’ participation.
My in-store experience at the Yorkdale location was also disappointing. Staff were disengaged and barely acknowledged customers, so I ended up helping myself.
Overall: I like the idea behind the brand and had a smooth online but weak in-store service give me mixed feelings.
Stunner Staples
I get a new piece from KOTN once or twice a year and then it always becomes my staple for that season.
This seasons winner is a green, warm cardigan. Every time I wear it, I get so many compliments. It is a unique piece. I haven't seen many other stores make pieces in this colour (yet).
Ordering was fast. Customer Support got back to me quickly when I had to change my shipping address.
Probably the worst customer service…
Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I returned a gift and was sent the wrong replacement, and it took about 3-4 months to resolve the issue because the single customer service person they have working for the company takes about a month to reply to each email, and often replies with a preset message or doesn't understand the issue.
Kotn USA
I am the US and ordered items from Kotn that were supposed to arrive within 7 business days. Within those 7 business days, I did not receive my order, I received a tracking number that did not work. Every time I tried contacting customer support to ask for updates, they would dismiss my concerns and say ‘sorry’ but not real explanation as to why my order was taking long to arrive or if it will even arrive. Bad customer service, shipping speed null, since 0 updates.

Send out several emails, order over 220€ to Germany, didn’t receive my package. Customer service seems to be non existent. Lost trust in the brand and I’m trying to get my money back through my bank. This is unacceptable.
Edit: Got a refund and finally a response, I’m still unhappy I’d rather enjoyed the outfit by now.
2nd Edit: Got an unnecessary Email the day after with the remark to add the ‘correct adress’ (which was correct from the start) for future orders.
I will most definitely NOT SHOP AT KOTN EVER AGAIN.
Issues with import duties/customs fees paid double, no refund
Would recommend not buying from this store at least when ordering from the EU. As other reviews have mentioned, terrible customer support - in my case specific to the handling of customs fees which I have now had to pay twice. Have been in contact with customer support but even after them promising to take care of the fees (as I had already paid these on the original order) - my follow-up emails to actually make this refund happen were ignored.
Quite sad, as I have liked the styles they have and their 'mission' which with this experience I would not label as 'b-corp' or 'sustainable' at all if this is how relationships with other humans are handled. Too bad.
No product, no refund, no communication
Ordered pants for 125 USD incl. shipping to Germany. Never recieved the pants, still waiting for the refund 2 months later, client service agent Nouran doesn't answer emails. Hoping to get my money back through my credit card provider.
