AVOID SHAHZAD CLOTHING (now running as Kosmic Essentials) AT ALL COSTS.

This is honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. We ordered a hoodie from Shahzad Clothing on October 22, 2025. Today is August 18, 2026 — almost 10 MONTHS later — and we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER.

No delivery. No proper shipping information. No realistic estimated delivery date. No meaningful updates. Nothing.

How is it acceptable for a company to take an order and then leave the customer waiting for almost an entire year without providing any proper explanation?

At this point, I have absolutely no confidence that this company ever intended to fulfill the order. The whole experience feels like a complete scam.

If you are considering ordering from Shahzad Clothing, DON’T. Save your money, save your time, and buy from a company that actually delivers what you pay for.

10 months waiting for ONE hoodie is beyond unacceptable. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and a terrible experience from start to finish.

This is Shazad Essentials rebrand, they scammed a bunch of people by never delivering orders then rebranded to avoid the bad reviews. I ordered in December and still nothing, they use ChatGPT to respond to emails with bullshit about production issues. it is a scam not buy from them.

Posting my review on this page as well since they changed their name. As the previous reviewer stated, KosmicEssentials is the rebrand of a well known scam site. Here's my original review:

Complete scam. I try to trust small businesses but this time turned out to be a real mistake. This isn't a small business at all. It's just a front for a simple scam. You buy, they never ship. And when the "company" gets too many complaints racking up, they remove the website and make another one under a different name. Waste of time and money. But can only say waste of time truly because I will be getting my money back.. point blank.

Company was previously known as Shahzad clothing. They advertised on TikTok and their website and there are multiple people who did not receive the items that they ordered including me. When you go on the trustpilot site and look under the previous clothing site, it automatically linked to this. Do not purchase, absolute scam. The first item we ordered was delivered. All subsequent items were not delivered. This has happened for multiple people and they did not respond and even had the cheek to ask you to write them. Research their previous company and do not purchase
