Do not buy I repeat do not buy! Hard to cancel subscription and their refund policy is bull…. They give you every excuse in the book not to refund! Labeling is cheap the product smell horrible. They send you and email that say click on “yes to subscription” if you dont click on it they still charge your account! Don’t waste you time or money.
If I could rate this company a -100 I would. On my initial order my products didn't arrive. I canceled my subscription and did a chargeback with my back. They reactivated my subscription and when I contacted them they cancelled my subscription, or so they said. I have had to do 3 chargebacks with my bank. Today a box of products arrived. I am beyoind frustrated
1 star is to many. Ordered this product. Never received it. Then I see that it was a monthly subscription, which I did not sign up for or if I did, it was hidden in the wording. Now it says go to site to cancel the subscription but when I get into the site, no option to cancel.
Site looks real pretty but don’t be fooled. They are scammers.

this company is a fraud my wife just got scammed for $213 for a 8 pack mega bundle and received 1 item

Doesn’t deserve even a 1 star. They are not legit. Never received my order and the website is a fake. Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!
I ordered last September 14 but until now I did not receive anything. I keep following up but there is no response at all. Its a SCAM its a hard earned money and they will scammed you only.
Purchased and never received, then they deducted money for a so called membership I never authorized. Why would I sign up for recurring orders when there are no products and this is a complete scam. Be warned you will pay and never receive anything - DO NOT BUY!
I ordered the medicube bundle on sept 16, 2025.....I am still waiting. I have emailed them and no response. For sure a scam fake company. I'm sure I will never receive anything.
BEWARE. Scam website. Ordered a bundle with multiple Anua products and after a month 1 item arrived. Intact shipment meaning they only sent 1 item. Glad I ordered the lowest bundle because I wasn’t sure about the website.

My mega glass bundle its been about two weeks this company a con do not order from them !!!!!!!
Only received 1 serum 30ml (not appropriate for my skin), not the full bundle package. I should have realised it was too good to be true. The shipping took ages. I am very disappointed as I love Korean skincare.
Be careful and aware of false advertisements esp. via FB and companies like this! LIARS.

I ordered the Anua Mega Glass Skin Bundle from KoreanGlow US, which was advertised to include 9 products. My package only contained 1 item.
When I attempted to contact the company using the email address listed on their website, the message bounced back — the email does not exist. This makes it impossible to resolve the issue directly.
This store may be misleading customers and not fulfilling orders as advertised.
Please be careful before purchasing.
