Thank you for your message.

We understand that the situation is frustrating. However, after reviewing the order, the issue was caused by an incomplete address. When a delivery is made to an apartment, the apartment number must be included for the carrier to complete the delivery.

Despite this, we have already assisted you from our side and covered the costs for two shipments. As a gesture of goodwill, we only asked you to pay for the new shipping when sending the parcel again.

We always aim to help our customers, even in situations where the issue is not on our side, which we believe we have done in this case.

It’s important to note that this product contains retinal, a powerful active ingredient. Retinal should not be used too frequently, especially in the beginning. The skin needs time to adjust, and overuse before the skin has built tolerance can lead to irritation or reactions.

We always recommend starting slowly, using the product a few times per week, and gradually increasing usage as the skin adapts. If you have sensitive skin, a patch test is also strongly advised.

If you have any questions about how to use the product correctly, our customer service is always happy to help.

According to the tracking information, the parcel has been delivered, and the delivery took one working day longer than the estimated delivery time, not three weeks as mentioned. We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we always aim to be as transparent as possible.

Our company is based in Sweden, and our warehouse is also located in Sweden. This information is clearly stated on our website and is not something we try to hide.
