Purchased brand new phone from Debenhams it was somehow supplied by Kopa. The phone broke within 2 months, discovered that it wasn't new and 2 months left of the warranty. I was rejected a repair. They won't provide the refund demanding the phone back first. The phone contains all my sensitive data. The back up went to third party mobile number. I lost money and days of my life trying to sort this. Watch out. They are fraudulent and scammers!

KOPADOT is a company used by Debenhams
I purchased a mobile phone through Debenhams not realising the item would be sent direct from KOPADOT
I returned the item with in a few days and it arrived safely with KOPADOT. They emailed me to say they had received it. The problem I have Is KOPADOT have to inform Debenhams so Debenhams can refund my money.
I am having difficulty in contacting KOPADOT to find out when they will inform Debenhams. Email bounces back and phone numbers do not connect. I have spent a lot of time on this. Can any one from KOPADOT PLEASE HELP Me. Thank you

After many attempts to contact KOPADOT I requested them to phone me.

A very helpful girl did just that , Christine sorted the problem out and I have received my refund. I believe a lot of the trouble was caused by bad communications

BUYER BEWARE - Ordered a laptop, which I didn’t need, because my daughter’s dad had already bought a laptop for her birthday. It has not been used and I requested to return the very next day, I received the return label and went to my local DPD collection centre to return. The label was not valid…over a week later and I’m still chasing to help to return and no response from KopaDot.
