I ordered glasses from Kooper Eyewear which arrived damaged and also were not of good quality. I was disappointed due to all the apparently good reviews they have. When I contacted them Genevieve in customer service was really helpful and made me feel at ease and helped me with the return process.
I have now returned the glasses and they arrived on 20th June but I am yet to receive my refund. I have tried twice over the last few days to email the support email to get in touch with Genevieve but I am getting undeliverable replies. I have tried to follow their store link on my original emails and it now looks like the store doesn’t exist. So not only am I a pair of glasses down, I am also over £40 down because I cannot get hold of anyone and my refund hasn’t been processed.
Would NOT recommend.

I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. We use TR-90 for all of our frames. TR-90 glasses are comfortable because they have a flexible quality. Since they are flexible, they can bend under pressure and contour your face comfortably. This flexibility also makes TR-90 glasses resilient to damage. Because the material is pliable, they are far less likely to break or bend from impact. TR-90 glasses are supremely lightweight.

The moral of the story is.....
I ordered the children's blue light glasses to be sent as a gift for both my grandchildren. The package was never received even though it had been marked as "delivered" by the carrier company. I opened an investigation with the carrier. No luck. I spoke with the head of customer service at KOOPER and she and the company agreed to re-send the order.
I received the glasses today and the grandchildren are getting cute protective glasses, but most importantly, a story from me about the honesty of this company and how they have earned my allegiance. Many thanks, Genevieve and KOOPER.

Great customer service
I had ordered from kooper before and unfortunately my glasses had broke so i ordered a replacement pair. There was problems with shipping yet Genevieve in customer care gave great service and really helped me out a lot. I finally received my new pairs. Thank you Genevieve!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, answered questions quickly and resolved issue I had with a scratch on the lense easily. Really happy I purchased them and have recommended them to friends. I would opt for the gamer version as they block more blue light than the other models.

Absolutely amazing product

Worst company
Worst company. They took 2 months to send me the glasses, and when I called my bank to cancel the transaction which they did and when my bank contacted them they asked to me to take back the complain and they were going to refund me. It's been 3 months now and I'm still waiting for the money. I'm not the kind of person who will put a review even if I'm not satisfied with the service but honestly I never seen something like this before.

I apologize for the experience you had. The holiday season was extremely busy and shipping companies had problems, which is why we sent you a replacement. This explains the time frame because a second package was sent. In fact, you got that second package in only 10 days (delivered on November 18th, according to the tracking number).
Regarding the chargeback, you submitted one to your bank without contacting us. This gave us no time to give a solution, regardless of this, we still proceeded with a replacement, which was delivered successfully. As we explained to you by email, here's some useful information about chargebacks:
"A chargeback also referred to as a payment dispute, occurs when a cardholder questions a transaction and asks their card-issuing bank to reverse it. ... If the bank rules against you, those funds are returned to the cardholder. If the bank rules in your favor, they'll send the disputed funds back to you."
The bank never took back the chargeback and the chargeback is on. I personally tried to refund you (we sent you screenshots by email), but it was just not possible. The credit card company has to authorize the bank, and the bank is the one who is going to refund you.
We apologize for the situation but since this escalated to your bank and credit card company (visa) there's no control on our part.
