Absolutely fantastic service by such lovely people. I was treated very well it was a pleasure to be in their company and to feel welcome. I was shown samples and given great advice they cudn,t do enough and i was so happy. My order was taken and I collected yesterday. It was all ready for me as promised and was even put in car for me. I recently bought carpet from this supplier and was very happy with the whole experience, firstly the carpet was of very good quality, secondly the delivery was excellent, over all I would highly recommend this company to anybody considering buying carpet, it cost's nothing to take a look at what this company has to offer.

We have purchased 3 carpets to date from Komscape Ltd and have been very happy with the quality and colour of the carpets. Delivery time has also been excelent, the same as their communication.

Absolute scammers. I have only gave them 1 star as I can't leave them anything less but -0 would be more appropriate I ordered lino flooring with a delivery tracking to be delivered on 3rd August. I Contacted Komscape on the 3rd August and the company show me a photo with a roll of lino 4m high flooring left standing up outside a house I've never seen which was said to be delivered on Thursday 29th July when I was 75 miles away at a dentist appointment. Komscape suggests this was left outside a neighbours house 2 doors down from me because I was not at home, when I asked which neighbour this was and which number this was left outside they can not advise. There was no calling card at my address to say it was left with anyone, no signature and they have gave no refund for the £82+ spend on the flooring. Absolute disgusting service, I am an elderly lady living on esa(support group) because of a heart condition and Ill health and this is how I've treated by these scammers that think a photo of a 4mx3m flooring outside a property in wet weather and you do not recognise is classed as delivered and this is Komscape and I advise not to use the company or tuffnells couriers that they use because you will never see what you supposed to of purchased only in a photo. Disgusting!
Further to Komscapes reply further below I suffer from panic attacks and can not speak to anyone on a phone and as already mentioned I am in Ill health, they suggest the flooring was left with a neighbour outside their home but can not say which neighbour it was left with, the driver from tuffnells just dropped it outside a house took a photo of it leaning up against a property which was not mine or any of my neighbours, but can not tell me where it was delivered up untill today 09/08/21. I was never told that the item was arriving just a delivery date expected 03/08/21.
Absolute liars at this company, I suggest you really take my advice and pay your money to a company that will deliver your items with care and a courier company with a much better rate of excellence,who do not leave deliveries anywhere especially a 4m high roll of lino left up against the side of a house.Komscape is not sorry at all, no refund has been offered to me, just a photo of someone else's home with a roll of 4m high lino balanced up against an open window. Absolutely disgusted with this company.I have not been abusive at all in any of my messages or my reviews, I think your views on your courier company leaving a photo of someone else's home with a roll of 4mx3m lino left up against their open window and that classed as delivered to "alternative location" that I do not recognise totally wrong. The rules of covid changed from 17th July and I think everyone who orders from you or anybody else wouldn't like an item they've paid £82 for left somewhere else, with no explanation of where it was left and no signature and they should receive a refund because they've received nothing or a replacement, but I really would not recommend a replacement because there may be another "alternative location" tuffnells may leave it in. I want a full refund and I will take this matter further untill I receive one. The money paid to yourself was a dwp loan for floor covering because I am in Ill health and I am left now with nothing because of both yours and your couriers negligence.

Very helpful over the phone, sent out samples and from ordering the carpet it was with me in days.
