Customer service via email was very poor. My parcel was marked as delivered but never arrived. When I contacted Komodo Sports to query this, I was given abrupt replies and no offer of further assistance. The parcel company was just as bad. I ended up giving up as no one seemed to be willing to provide any assistance.

Exceptional Service.
I made a purchase from Komodo but in doing so I made a mistake and ordered twice. I contacted the Company and had a very helpful conversation with a member of staff who sorted out everything. Product good. Price Right. Service exceptional.

preacher bench is great…
The preacher bench is well made and finished nicely. Delivery was very quick also. One slight criticism - i feel the seat would benefit from a wider support to add stability.
