I’m so disappointed with this company
I’m so disappointed with this company.
We originally signed up with Digital Trip who were fabulous.
Since they were taken over by Kognitiv it has gone rapidly downhill. They put their hosting prices up 400% saying we would get better service but it’s 1000% worse.
They have reduced their products, they refuse to connect xml feeds (even at our cost), their service turnaround for issues is months not days and usually takes multiple follow ups. IT companies are meant to be forward thinking and innovative. In the travel industry we have to keep up with trends and their model and service means we are losing business and money.
They tie you in by making it financially impossible to leave, even though they do not provide what we signed up for. I’ve tried continually to find solutions but they are unresponsive.
Avoid this company at all costs
